PMQ announces the cancellation of deTour 2019

(HONG KONG, 20 November 2019) – In view of the current situation in Hong Kong, PMQ Management Co. Ltd. has decided, after careful consideration, to cancel deTour 2019, which was originally scheduled to be held from 29 November to 8 December 2019.

Mr. William To, the Executive Director of PMQ said, “deTour is our annual flagship event to connect the local design community and provide a platform for local designers to shine and showcase their talents. The decision to cancel deTour 2019 was certainly not an easy one. Our team has been working very hard for the past 9 months to put together a fantastic program this year. However, in view of unforeseen circumstances in the coming weeks, it would be challenging for us to ensure the smooth running of the event. Therefore, with deep regret, we have decided to cancel the event.”

Mr. To thanked all the partners, sponsors, supporting organisations and designers who involved in the event this year. PMQ sincerely apologises for all the inconvenience caused by the cancellation of the event.
