Why would you recommend this book?
Nicole:This book reminds me of ""Be still and see"". The author is a former university professor, based on the Buddhist classic ""Ānāpānasati Sutt"", and from the perspective of a modern city person and his own experience, he shares how to settle in the present, and comprehend the reality.
Everyone can breathe, but are you paying attention? When I watch my breath deeply, I am aware to inhale and exhale, different in length. After continuing to observe, I found that life is just a phenomenon of constant change.
