【Zongzi Making Workshop】

The Dragon Boat Festival is fast approaching! Having zongzi, a kind of glutinous rice dumplings stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in bamboo leaves, is a Chinese tradition to celebrate the festival. That’s why PMQ Taste Library is going to host a “Zongzi Making Workshop” at the beginning of June for everyone to experience the festive atmosphere!

In this workshop, you will learn the technique of wrapping a zongzi and get to taste some premade dumplings. At the end, you will be able to bring home four tasty dumplings. Join us now and share this traditional delicacy with family and friends!

*Please note that if you would like us to cook the zongzi for you, please expect at least a 2-hour wait after the workshop.
