Due to its increasing popularity in a busy city like Hong Kong, yoga can be practiced everywhere in the city, from large and boutique yoga studios to outdoor venues. Yoga inspired clothing brand A Day with Fé, will host a fun yoga practice in the artsy venue in the centre of Soho: the Qube in PMQ.

Yoga Glow Flow on Saturday evening will be an entertaining class with UV light and music led by yoga instructor Kirsten Bell.
