This workshop teaches contemporary jewellery making and introduces new materials in traditional design aesthetics. The tutor will teach about different types of wood used in jewellery, and how to choose the best kind for jewellery making. Participants will learn how to cut and shape pieces of wood and put them together to create a beautiful and one of a kind ring. Bees wax and sandpaper are used to complete the jewellery making process.
