PMQ Taste Library is honoured to invite certified chocolate taster – Jeffrey again to hold the Chocolate Appreciation Workshop in February. Let’s explore the wonderful story and secret of chocolate!

In this workshop, participants can find out more about the skills and knowledge of chocolate tasting, getting more information on the processing of cocoa beans and knowledge of making chocolate. PMQ Taste library is going to share some interesting stories related to chocolate as well. Participants may also taste over 10 different types of “Single origin” Chocolate. It is a rare opportunity to learn from a Chocolatier guiding us to taste the chocolate with our five senses. If you love chocolate much, please don’t miss this great opportunity!
