In our more than ever fast-paced society, we have forgotten how to stop, to take a breath and appreciate our families and our environment. Mixing urban arts and mindfulness, Urban Arts Labs Community Jam is bringing a different way of experiencing the city.

This year’s Urban Arts Labs Community Jam’s theme MOTHER’S DAY, MOTHER EARTH is celebrating mother’s day and our planet by offering a mix of activities that will entertain visitors as well as draw attention to how we overuse our environment.

At the centre of the space, students from the University of Hong Kong School of Architecture will build an art installation representing our impermanent and fragile forests.

In the PMQ Courtyard, visitors will be able to experience a mix of urban arts and wellness activities including workshops in graffiti, upcycling, meditation, yoga, hair-braiding and dance.
