【Upcycling with Used Coffee Grounds】

Drinking a cup of coffee has become a part of many people’s lives. But have you ever thought of how much waste, such as coffee grounds and used coffee filter paper, were created because of that? But what exactly can we do with these coffee-related waste?
This time PMQ Taste Library has invited LomfaFair to teach everyone how to incorporate coffee waste into traditional papermaking. By using used coffee grounds from coffee shops and silverskin from coffee roasters as part of the ingredients of making a piece of paper, you can create a collection of products.

In this workshop, LomfaFair will show the basic skills of paper-making and each participant will be able to make postcards and coasters by themselves.
