Summer is here and it is time to hit the beach and do some outdoor activities! Now, maybe you think you should have eaten healthier months before, but it is never too late to be healthy. In July, PMQ Taste Library has invited Coco Farmhouse, a local organic farm, to talk about aquaponics farming system and nutritional value of organic farm produce.
