Resting needs to be wholehearted to heal. It is intentional and vulnerable. We all take courage to face the present and seek the breathing zone.

In the exhibition “Resting is Healing”, Christy continues an investigation started in “Unpeeling” (2020) exhibition, an installation that the artist’s desire for promotion shares human connection metaphorically. Christy is grateful for having the exhibition establish a psychological and emotional resting space to exhibit her artworks. Through her art, she wants to say it is a blessing to truly rest your body and soul.
