Probably you have heard of Rachel Khoo if you watch the overseas’ food channel. She was actually a graduate of Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London and then worked for some luxury fashion retailers. But due to her love for pastry and dessert, she decided to put her career on hold and attended the renowned Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Paris. After that, she hosted cooking classes in a book store and even started a tiny restaurant in her flat just for serving two diners at a time.
