      • Who’s ready to party at the Rooftop Garden of PMQ? Silent Inside Flow Disco is back in November! This time we are thrilled to have PMQ as our venue partner.

      Put on our glowing headphones and flow to curated music over Yoga Practice led by The Yoga Room Inside Flow instructor Enting.

      *Music and teacher instructions will be heard through wireless illuminated disco headsets.
      *Limited Spots Only
