Dual Solo Exhibitions
S502 Eddie Cheung Wai Sum
Constant Dripping Series 2
Constant Dripping is prefaced by intervening in the art practice of collaborated artists from the perspective of Art Criticism, thus revealing the possibilities between art practice and writing through two approaches- publishing and exhibiting. In the Constant Dripping Series 2: Parallel World- as well as the key concept, Eddie Cheung will do voice performance as a writing form to portray Francis Yu’s performance in Rotterdam.
S503 Francis Yu Wai Luen
How to paint orange bubble milk tea
Francis Yu takes a continuing interest in exploring ‘how to paint orange bubble milk tea’ with a new series of works. Through putting on a performance at a gallery courtyard in Rotterdam and transforming its documentary works and presenting them for the PMQ exhibition in Hong Kong, Francis Yu attempts to examine the dialectical relationship between painting, performance art and video documentation in the creative process.
