Metamorphosis is the process by which a young form develops into an adult form. When the students of DVE (Jewellery Art and Design) first stepped into the jewellery workshop, they were young and full of innocence and mischief. After three years of training, both their jewellery skills and confidence have developed, and they continue to pursue their dreams. Co-organised by Loupe and Pro-Act Training and Development Centre (Jewellery) of VTC, the exhibition “Metamorphosis” exhibits the work of DVE (Jewellery Art and Design) students over the past decade and displays the aesthetics development of jewellery in Hong Kong, as well as the contribution of jewellery craftsmen to this booming industry.
