【Meet New Friends, Munch on Food! Say No More!】

Shake Shack, the international fast food chain restaurant made its debut in Hong Kong this year and the news has gone viral. Food lovers would queue for hours to get a taste of its iconic burger, milkshake and fries. Why does Shake Shack stand out among all fast food chain restaurants when they present more or less the same menu in the market?

In this month’s “Meet & Munch”, our curator Andy Lai will replicate the food of Shake Shack, Burger and milkshake, while members can bring light salad, fruits and drinks for sharing. As we enjoy the burger and food prepared by members, we will discuss the Shake Shack phenomenon and what its expansion reflects about the market and marketing strategy in the industry. If you are working in the food industry, this month’s “Meet & Munch” would be a great occasion for exchanging viewpoints with other members!
