This workshop will teach Chinese brush calligraphy. Participants will be introduced to the history and basic techniques of Chinese calligraphy, including types of scripts, calligraphy tools, basic strokes, a transformation of Chinese characters, etc. Participants will also be given time to explore with brush and ink and create various types of calligraphy pieces. All tools and materials will be provided.
