Do you enjoy making your own cup of coffee at home? Having a coffee machine or a grinder on your kitchen’s countertop is very common these days. However, have you ever thought of roasting coffee beans at home as well? In fact, there are numerous home roasters and home baristas in Hong Kong. If you would like to meet some of them and listen to their coffee stories, “Let’s Chat Over a Cup of Coffee” is the program you should not miss.
Starting from January 2017, PMQ Taste Library and one of the most-visited local coffee blog, Coffeenow.Today, will invite different roasters and baristas coming over to share their passion on coffee making. Come and taste the coffee roasted or brewed by some of the most passionate coffee lovers! Let’s chat more over a cup of coffee!
Mr. Tommy Chan, who is an owner of a production house and has worked as an editor and a director for almost 30 years, will be our guest barista this time. Coffee is his biggest hobby and he loves everything about it, from roasting to brewing, from sourcing beans to collecting gears. He will almost share what he has seen in his coffee trips in the Scandinavian countries and Japan.
Beans:
1. Honduras El Niño Wet Process (Limited Edition)
2. Costa Rica Monte Llano Bonito (Crop of Discovery) White Honey Process
