For the pre-opening event celebrating Koji Usaka’s solo exhibition, we will be holding a special cooking demonstration and sake pairing event.

To introduce the true beauty of Koji Usaka’s works, we have invited Japanese Chef, Naoko Minagi, to demonstrate how to create simple but beautiful Japanese dishes to match with Usaka’s incredible works.

On the evening of the event, we will also be pairing some sakes from Tonoike Brewery, the most famous sake brewery in Tochigi Prefecture. This is not only an experience to please all your senses, but also a great opportunity to get inspiration for using aesthetic handmade ceramics.
