You may not be familiar with the term “Jongga”. It actually refers to the head family in Korea. Every year, the eldest living son and his wife are responsible for leading and performing the entire family’s ancestral ceremonies. They have to prepare luxurious dishes. This week, founder of Sook (Korean private kitchen) will teach you how to make jongga dish – beef wrapped dumplings.
