Sake Central is a celebration of Japanese culture through food, drinks, and education, and this month, it’s all about Hyogo!

As part of our ongoing prefecture series, make sure to check out the interactive display in our prefecture room that features 2 rice varieties from Hyogo – Hyogonishiki and Hyogo Sake 85 – and special sake bottles from 7 different Hyogo-based breweries.

Many producers from Hyogo will be around Sake Central this month so make sure to stop by for a tasting or to meet the makers in person!
