Hong Kong Art Week’s inaugaural ‘Art Car’ is a Le Mans Prototype, with its chassis entirely designed by the French group ORECA, and its impressive engine by Nissan. It is managed by the KCMG race team, a Hong Kong-based race team founded by Dr. Paul Ip, himself a retired race car driver.

Our ‘Art Car’ participated in the Le Mans 24 Hours race in France last year, making history by claiming its first victory with the KCMG team! Considered the most prestigious single car race championship, the Le Mans 24 Hours race is also regarded as the 2nd most important racing event after the F1.
