To celebrate HKSAR’s 25th anniversary, The Institute of Dining Professionals will organize the HK F&B’s 25 years’ Development Multifaceted Exhibition on 30 September to 4 October at PMQ. This event will demonstrate F&B’s past history, culture, intangible cultural heritage, F&B technology development etc in the way of exhibition. The exhibition will be categorized into 3 zones: F&B History Zone, Intangible Cultural Heritage Zone and F&B Technology Foresight Zone respectively.

The exhibition will demonstrate photos, stories, videos and antiques for the public. The event is free admission by simple registration.

The exhibition aims to educate youth about F&B past history and state-of-art technology. It could also cherish the memory of elderly about the era of F&B’s glory in the past. The exhibition is the first both historical and tech merged exhibition to be held by local F&B trade association.
