This upcoming session of Foreign Taste, PMQ Taste Library has invited Karen, a content creator who produces many videos and recipes on Korean food. As her husband had a chance to relocate to Seoul, both of them have moved to Korea about two years ago. Moving to a new environment, Karen soon took on the new challenge of learning the language and the food culture there.

During the Chuseok holiday, which is similar to our Mid-Autumn Festival, Karen will come back to Hong Kong and we are delighted to have her to come sharing her life and the food culture in Seoul! Besides telling us all the interesting details of the Korean Royal Court Cuisine course she took and the popular Kimchi festival, Karen will also demonstrate two dishes, Noodles with Sweet & Sour Sauce and Green Pepper Muchim, in our kitchen!
