【Reminiscing taste from a journey to Italy】
Italy is definitely a famous touristic place, by its reputation of culture, scenery, not to mention all the delicious Italian dishes. Aside from captivating sceneries; a journey is not completed without sharing those memorable moments with friends.

This March, PMQ Taste Library is going to co-host “Foreign Taste: Flavors of Italy” with “Joy In Clay 2018 Ceramic Exhibition”. Ms. Janice Li, the exhibitor of “Follow your heart, not your plans”, will share her journey and some of her favorite recipes.

One of the dishes that will be demonstrated is an extraordinary Tiramisu, which is a recipe from Janice’s gourmet guru auntie. She guarantees that there are no other Tiramisu in Hong Kong can surpass it. Besides the dessert, Janice will also show us how to make Eggplant Parmigiana, the perfect substitute for lasagna since she found out she is gluten intolerant.
