【A Journey to Ayurveda Therapy in Mumbai】
India, such a fasinating country, could remind you of either its most famous curry dishes or Bollywood. Yet, it is also well-known for its ancient wisdom of religion, philosophy as well as its traditional Ayurveda healing therapy.
In March, PMQ Taste Library will co-host “Foreign Taste: Ayurveda Therapy in Mumbai “with “Joy In Clay 2018 Ceramic Exhibition”. Exhibitor of “Clumsy Class of Yoga”, Heidi Choi, will share the Ayurveda Therapy she experienced in Mumbai, India.
Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word combined from two words: “Ayus”, which means vital power, life; “Veda” means the scared but not mundane knowledge and wisdom. “Ayurveda” is a traditional healing therapy from Brahmanism.
Heidi finds herself fond of yoga practices that she will be going to share her experiences on ancient therapies including eyes oil bath, herbal steam and so on. Our curator, Andy will be cooking the Ayurveda therapy meal according to the book brought back from India by Heidi.
Don’t miss the chance of experiencing this journey to Indian ancient therapy!
