Don’t let treasured family recipes disappear with time

“Family Recipes” is the latest project by Mr. Craig Au-Yeung Ying Chai at PMQ Taste Library. While collecting recipes from the public, we also want to share with everyone in our workshops. We have invited Jealousy Chan, a participant, to demonstrate her dishes-Braised Carp and Braised Pomelo Pith with Sweet Sauce at PMQ Taste Library with Craig. It’s not just revealing techniques of the dishes, they will also share the sentimental moments between the food and their family.

By submitting a recipe and a short description or story of the dish to us via email, one FREE day pass of PMQ Taste Library (HK$30) will be rewarded. Participants of the recipes chosen by PMQ Taste Library will have an opportunity to co-host a workshop with Mr. Craig Au-Yeung and will be rewarded with one annual membership (HK$240). Act now!
