When you are feeling lonely and distressed, the warm flavours of home will become exceptionally nostalgic. Needless to say, there are stories and memories behind home-cooked meals. Starting from November, Ms Lili Ho, former DJ and programme producer at Hong Kong Commercial Radio, will be the new host at PMQ Taste Library’s Family Recipes Workshops every Sunday!
This session of Family Recipes workshop, Lili Ho has invited renowned Chinese lyricist, Mr. Chow Yiu Fai, to talk about his mother’s recipes. He honestly admitted that his sister a much better cook than he is, and that’s why he will be bring his sister along to demonstrate two dishes, Fuzzy Melon with Dried Shrimps and Vermicelli & Homestyle Stir-fry!
