This introduction course in digital electronics, set up around the popular Arduino microcontroller, will teach you from scratch how to build your own obstacle avoiding robot.
No prior knowledge of electronics is required, this course starts at the very beginning. You will start by learning how to create a blinking light, and from there on how to make coloured lights, read sensors and buttons, control the speed and direction of motors, and show information on displays. Upon completion of the course you will be able to put it all together and create your very own obstacle avoiding robot from scratch.
Along the way you will learn about electricity, how to draw and read circuit diagrams, and how to program the Arduino (using the C++ computer language). With the knowledge gained you will be able to continue your foray in the wonderful world of electronics and the Arduino microcontroller.
