The Rooster is courageous, has a warlike disposition, and represents the energy, warmth and life of the Universe. 2017 is the Year of the Rooster. Join this workshop and DIY a Rooster Cup!

The workshop will feature:
1) Stories of Chinese rooster design and their symbolic meaning
2) Traditional rooster design on Chinese ceramics
3) Traditional transfer-printing ceramics decoration process
4) Design it yourself a rooster cup with transfer-printing
5) Experience the process of transfer-printing (Each piece will be different and unique)

Class A：3 December 2016 (Saturday) (Cantonese)
Class B：4 December 2016 (Sunday) (** this class will be conducted in English; supplemented in Cantonese)

Special rate: HK$395 per person will apply if you are

• registering before 21 November
• registering in a group of two persons
• secondary school or tertiary institution student
• (Normal rate after 21 November HK$435)

Registration fee covers one ceramic cup, tools, transfer-printing patterns, glazing and firing. All finished piece will have to be fired and can be ready for collection within two weeks after the workshop.
