Touch is a often a taboo subject in our culture, but it’s also a vital part of our wellbeing. Beings of nature in our urban environment live so close to us and yet so far, because we seldom come into direct contact with them.

Through this unique UrbaNature experience, Nature and Forest Therapy Guide Amanda will take you on a tour to visit the old trees living in the vicinity of PMQ, and explore the distance and intimacy between human and nature.

Remark: This workshop contains walking meditation, healing connection with nature, free creation and sharing, please wear comfortably.
