Let’s welcome Claire from Claire de Lune, our latest and first pastry chef in PMQ Taste Kitchen, to host her first pastry class in Taste Library as her May pop-up preview in Taste Kitchen!

Claire de Lune, established by Claire Kim, is based on pastry knowledge and technique from 10 years of experience of Chef. Claire over classic French pastry shop, Australian fine dining and Japanese French fine dining using the freshest sweets and savory ingredients also Lune De Claire is trying to do the experiment to push the boundaries of matching sweets with not only dessert wine but with savory wine. It is a space to find inspiration.

During this preview session by Claire, you will get to know how to make her SIGNATURE DESSERT as well as get to chance to be the FIRST PEOPLE to taste her dishes before the TASTE KITCHEN POP-UP in May 15 – June 9!
