The founders of Origami Labs will host a seminar and round-table discussion on the relationship between design and thinking. Emile Chan and Kevin Johan Wong are the creators behind ORII that combines two key technologies to deliver an audio experience that is first-of-its-kind. The ring unlocks the benefits of voice assistants while bone conduction technology delivers private, crystal clear audio through the finger. Originally inspired by creating innovative designs for the visually impaired, this piece of jewellery bridges the gap between design aesthetics and technology. They will share their experiences as designers and inventors, and provide first-hand guidance for designers, entrepreneurs, and people who like to think out of the box.
This seminar is part of Loupe’s inaugural “Winter Talk Series”, a special line up of guest speakers in the jewellery and design industry who will share their experience with the public.
*Includes one Jewellery Delicacy tea set provided by Loupe’s Teahouse.
