Experience the warmth of Czech Christmas and join us for a cozy evening with music and food!

This Christmas gathering will be hosted by musician Erikson Ting, guest chef of PMQ Taste Library. Clarinetist Stephenie Ng, will fill the air with performances by the master composer Dvořák’s works, alongside traditional Czech folk melodies, and escort us back to the festive streets of 19th-century Prague. Chef Václav Plesl from the Czech Republic will double the festive ambiance with traditional Czech Christmas delicacies, the many flavors of their distant and beautiful homeland.

About the Musician

Stephenie Ng earned her doctoral degree in music at the Manhattan School of Music in the United States. As a versatile clarinetist, she performs a wide range of chamber music, including rarely-performed repertoire, contemporary music, and multimedia performances. In 2023 and 2024, Stephenie was invited by the HKSAR Beijing Office and the HKETO Sydney to perform in Beijing, Tianjin, and Sydney, showcasing new arrangements for mixed Chinese and Western instruments and the cultural fusion of East and West.

Stephenie is a member of the Hong Kong New Music Ensemble. Additionally, she serves as an advisor for undergraduate and postgraduate honors projects at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and is a faculty member of The HKAPA Junior Music Programme.
