【Co-creating some horrifyingly delicious food】

In Cantonese cuisine, we do have numerous offal dishes, even though the younger generation may not enjoy it as much. But have you ever tried to handle these ingredients by yourself, that are usually being described as “disgusting” and “unwanted”?
Since Halloween is coming, why don’t we jump out of our comfort zone and co-create some “horrifying” dishes in our upcoming Cook-munication Workshop?
From getting inspiration from our enormous collection of cookbooks to shopping for fresh ingredients at the wet market, from cooking as a team to savouring the dishes we all create together, Cook-munication is NOT the an ordinary cooking class, but an ultimate culinary experience.
