PMQ Taste Library’s assistant curator, Andy Lai, has just travelled to Korea and learned how to make some home dishes from the locals. Now as he is back, he wants to share his food experience in Korea through this workshop. Join us if you would learn how to make some authentic Korean dishes, such as Japchae, Tteokbokki (spicy rice cake) and Daktoritang (spicy chicken stew)!
