Chinese New Year Cake (Nin Gou) has the symbolism of raising oneself taller in the coming year, in other words, by eating this traditional food, you will have an even better new year! That’s why you can’t miss it at this time of the year! Come to Taste Library and learn how to make some carp-shaped Nin Gou!
