Mosses are unremarkable, but they flicker with hope under the winter sun. They are among Earth’s oldest and toughest residents, inhabiting dark corners away from the spotlight, carrying themselves with dignity and humility, watching over the generations that came along. It’s time for them to shine in the Christmas season!

This year, PMQ and their design partner New Office Works co-created the “PMQ Bubbly Christmas” installation. Over fifty primary students and public audiences join together, design and take care of the moss balls, together with these symbols of sun, air and water decorations are then assembled into 13 unique Christmas Trees. After the festive installation, the moss balls will be returned to the schools, participants’ homes and the farm to continue their life cycles.
