Speaker details:

MASTER KOUNO (浦岡 香) Kaori Uraoka
Atelier Kou Hong Kong Co., Ltd.

Began her Japanese calligraphy training at the age of three. After continuing her practice, Ms. Uraoka became a Shodo artist and taught Shodo class in Japan and Hong Kong.

Master Kouno participated in live performance of Shodo over the world, included Fukuoka, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Phnom Penh. From 2011 – 2012 She conducted the solo and group exhibitions at Fukuoka City, Tenjin and Hong Kong. Ms. Uraoka taught Shodo Class at design university, she participated as a guest speaker in Hong Kong Japanese Culture Association and giving a talks at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Ms. Uraoka established her first Shodo calligraphy classroom in Japan in 2013, until now she had 15 classrooms located in Japan and Hong Kong
