PMQ Creative Education Programme will introduce design thinking to primary and secondary school students, teachers and parents by playing around with subjects of architecture, arts and STEM to ignite the creativity of students, offering them an opportunity to see, to listen, to think and to explore from new perspectives through various medium. It is a year-round project, including online/on-site class, event, exhibition, online/offline promotion, etc. We are now looking for some passionate and committed team members to work together for the better future of the Hong Kong creative industries.
Our Expectation and Your Responsibilities
- To execute and coordinate program, event, exhibition, promotional campaign and other creative activities related to a children education campaign.
- Lead the project team to work closely with the supporting organizations, creative teams, event and production teams for a well thought planning and smooth execution of concerned programmes and events of the project.
- In liaison closely with the marketing team and PR firm to fulfil the strategic marketing objectives, including of attracting quality visitors, promoting the related programmes and events effectively to target audience and arousing the public attention in appreciation of creativity.
- To ensure a timely planning, preparation, implementation and evaluation of programmes and events to achieve the respective goals within the given schedule and resources.
- Irregular working hours required.
Experiences & Qualities
- University or college graduate with 7+ years of working experience, in which having at least 2 years at the managerial level, in organizing and execution of program, event and promotional campaigns. Past working experience in the creative, art or cultural, education field would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated as both a team leader and team player in a small but passionate and energetic team.
- Posses good communication skill. Able to establish good relationship with different stakeholders. Be open-minded, flexible and sensible in dealing with different people with diversified backgrounds and cultures.
- Resourceful network of vendors, contractors and production houses; and ideally having good connection with designers, artists, curators, and/or schools or education organizations.
- Passionate in design, arts & culture, children education.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Less experience will consider as Assistant Project Manager.
