Commercial units at G/F, 1/F and certain level are welcome for lease at commercial market rate for shops / restaurant use. Submitted application will be assessed according to the concept proposal, management capability & financial investment and financial offer at market rate. Under normal situation, applicants will know the result within 2-month time after the submission of the required documents.

The following design categories of studio units are welcome for application. Please download the “Guides for studio units (with concessionary licence fee) applicants” from the path below to understand the details & application method. Submitted application will be assessed on a first-come-first-serve basis, and the assessment process will be suspended once all available units are filled. Applications unrelated to the following design categories will also be considered but the assessment priority will be given to applicants with design categories mentioned below. Under normal situation, PMQ shall notify the applicant the initial result via email in around 4-month’s time upon receipt of all required documents from the applicant.

Pop-up units are available for short term leasing for the purposes of retail, showroom or exhibition. For further information, please download the file named “Introduction of PMQ pop-up units ” shown below and fill in the “Pop up enquiry form” as attached.
