KAMBAL GALLERY returns to PMQ for the VISUAL DIARY group exhibition from 23 January to 3 February 2025. This event showcases an important part of the artist’s creative process. It contains the artist’s thoughts, sketches, ideas, and inspiration. Their unique style will be showcased through a variety of mediums, including sculptures, paintings, and limited edition prints.

We feature emerging and mid-career artists who work full-time or part- time as visual artists in a variety of related creative pursuits such as advertising and design.

DESIGNER’S BACKGROUND

IRENE HAAGEN, a nurse by profession studied painting when she moved to Hong Kong. Haagen has participated in various group exhibitions and has taught painting to expatriate children, mainly as an after-school activity. Her knowledge of painting helps her have a keen eye for detail when selecting an artist’s work.

A former hotelier, ANNA PENDRY is an avid art collector and patron of modern and contemporary Filipino art. Anna appreciates the opportunity to travel extensively and see many art museums and galleries around the world. This helps with business knowledge to help and promote aspiring and established artists.
