In midst of the global pandemic, we have witnessed many business closures, job losts, and many other drastic changes throughout this city. The artist races against his lunch hours every week to venture into Yau Tsim Mong districts in search of local stories to capture before they’re lost forever.
Willy is an architect by trade and an urban sketcher by passion. Since he has moved to Hong Kong in 2009, he has been exploring the city, and continue to be intrigued by the the local culture and cityscape. From 2016, he has discovered the art of urban sketching, and has been sketching Hong Kong extensively ever since.
