To really test your palate and excite your taste buds, join our exclusive food pairing workshops “Mix & Match Series: Cava edition (Aug 27) and Sake edition (Aug 28)”. Either with a diverse selection of Spain’s signature sparkling wine, cava, or a select line up of top quality sake, top wine and sake experts will lead this innovative pairing with delicacies crafted by Sake Central.

Explore these pairings with a bespoke menu*, including oyster, wagyu tartare, arancini balls and more. With award-winning sake (including Katsuyama Junmai Daiginjo Den, winner of the 2019 President Medal Kura Master) and cava from Codorníu, the world’s original producer of cava (since 1872), this is a very special and unique experience not to be missed by food and wine lovers.
