Taste Library collaborate with The Body Mind Spirit Platform (BMSP) to invite veteran green guru Dr. Simon Chau to provide a series of events about Food and Body, Mind, Spirit relationship, let everyone understand more about Food and Health.
Simon S.C. Chau, PhD, leading veteran green guru and founder of GreenWoods Café, the first raw restaurant in Hong Kong, became totally raw in 2011. Author of over 200 books, he hosts 4 weekly radio programmes as well as numerous workshops and camps locally and abroad. Treating himself to an early retirement from academia in 2015, he devotes all his time to promote the green transformation of our civilization.
