Sake Central is proud to welcome Ramen Master – Kitamura Kota from Kanagawa Prefecture for three days, showcasing his two signature ramen: SHOYU and SHIO Ramen.
Chef Kota has been training and working in different styles of Japanese restaurants: from Unagi to Sushi, then Ramen, including the legendary Ramen shop Iida Shoten, considered by many the no.1 spot in Japan at the moment.
We will be serving dinner on the 19th and both lunch and dinner in the following two days, with lunch set options available: rsvp is not required, and walk-ins are welcome.
