Through the deep stretching and singing bowl immersion, participants will relax in gentle deep stretching to reach a deep physical, emotional and mental relaxation. Join the session with our Facilitator Suki to bring awareness to the present and let go of things that no longer serve you.
The sessions will be conducted in Cantonese.
