SHINSAKU NAKAZONO SOLO EXHIBITION

Waka Artisans is honoured to announce the solo exhibition featuring the works of Shinsaku Nakazono in Hong Kong. The exhibition features Shinsaku Nakazono’s recent ceramic works and will run through 4th November 2018.

In the past few years, Nakazono-san has gained huge popularity in the Japanese pottery scene for his wonderfully neutral, yet stunning pieces. The combination of conventional shapes with beautifully varied glazing makes each piece entirely unique. His style has been spotted by many chefs and restaurants alike for its ability to accentuate the food that is being served. As a result, he has featured in countless food and pottery magazines, and has been adopted by multiple chefs.

Since Shinsaku Nakazono’s first exhibition in Waka Artisans two years ago, we have only been able to showcase a few of his pieces as he is in such high demand. This will be the only opportunity to see a whole range of Nakazono-san’s works again so put these dates in your diaries!
