The Sake Central 6th anniversary party will celebrate the past, present and future of Hong Kong’s own global sake hub.

Starting from 6 PM, this one-night-only party divided in two areas:

First, enjoy a pop-up sake cocktail and highball bar with a new original playlist to start, followed by a live set with a special guest DJ starting from 10 PM. All night long, make sure to check out the feature snack menu from Sake Central Chef Joe Chan.

After enjoying the casual pop up vibes, head to the dining bar for an exclusive tasting menu session featuring an exclusive menu of 6 courses all paired by Sake Samurai Elliot Faber who will be pouring some now-or-never bottles. 36 seats available so book early to get your spot!

Doors open at 18:00 and the party continues until 01:00 am. All good and drink is offered by a token system: 1 token for $60, 3 for $150, 6 for $250. Load up on tokens to try it all!

Seatings for the tasting menu are at 18:00 and 20:30; the cost is $688 and includes sake pairings plus entry to the main party.
