PMQ and Twins Kitchen always try to bring more diverse concepts and interesting culinary talents to PMQ Taste Kitchen. That’s why here we’re excited to introduce to you our latest chef Stephanie from Roots Eatery, whose cooking is well known for creativity and energy. She marries fresh ingredients, French fine dining and Cantonese home-style cooking that is not only unique in flavor but also nourishing for the soul.

Stephanie called a halt to her 9-year banking career in 2015 and moved to Paris to pursue her culinary dream where she received her Culinary Arts Diploma from world-renowned Michelin starred chef Alain Ducasse. She then worked with Michelin starred restaurant Hostellerie De Plaisance in Saint Emilion France, and returned to Hong Kong’s local hero, Amber, at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, before starting up her very own – Roots Eatery.

For Stephanie, food had always been a prominent part of her life, rooting from memories of her late grandmother’s generous cooking and hospitality. Food to her is togetherness, happiness and should be taken as a serious but fun affair.

In her PMQ pop-up, Stephanie will be bringing to us a wholesome and healthy Lunch menu with a passionate fine-dining Dinner tasting menu with wine pairing to enjoy with family and friends.
