The event aims at promoting Chinese calligraphy to the younger generation through demonstration by famous Chinese calligrapher, experiential activities and game booths. Young people are also encouraged to participate in the coming Hong Kong Youth Chinese Calligraphy Competition funded by the Home Affairs Department, which is co-organized by the Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon and the Hong Kong Youth Cultural & Arts Competitions Committee.
